• Operate the BOPP coating machine safely and efficiently as per standard operating procedures

• Operate the BOPP slitting machine safely and efficiently according to SOPs and production plans

• Set and monitor slitting width, knife position, web tension, rewinding pressure, speed and other machine parameters

Role responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operation of the PVC calendering line according to production plans and product specifications
• Ensure proper preparation and feeding of PVC compound / raw material to the calender line
• Monitor critical process parameters such as roll temperature, roll gap, line speed, nip pressure, sheet thickness, width and tension

• Supervise daily PVC coating production according to the production plan and customer specifications
• Set and monitor important process parameters such as coating speed, coating thickness/GSM, temperature, viscosity, tension, pressure and drying conditions
• Ensure proper preparation, mixing and feeding of PVC coating material as per approved formulation and process requirements
• Identify and troubleshoot defects such as uneven coating, pinholes, bubbles, wrinkles, poor adhesion, streaks, coating variation and improper drying

• Supervise daily paper core production according to production plans and customer requirements
• Ensure correct core ID, OD, length, wall thickness, hardness, concentricity and weight as per specifications
• Monitor adhesive preparation and application to ensure proper bonding between paper layers
• Monitor paper core machines and ensure proper operation, speed, tension, adhesive application and winding conditions

• Supervise daily cutting and packing activities according to the production plan and customer requirements
• Allocate manpower for cutting, inspection, labeling, packing, carton preparation and material handling
• Monitor cutting machines and ensure proper width, length, roll size and cutting accuracy

• Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities according to customer orders and dispatch schedules
• Verify customer order, product specification, quantity, batch/lot number, packing and delivery requirements before dispatch
• Ensure finished goods are properly inspected, packed, labeled and available for dispatch
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as delivery challan, invoice, packing list, e-way bill, transport documents and other required documents
