Before a single roll of tape reaches automated packing, it must pass more than 30 rigorous chemical, physical, and environmental tests. From raw monomers to final conversion, our round-the-clock engineering ensures every millimeter of tape delivers flawless, world-class performance.

Chemical Monomer Purity Analysis
Verifies incoming polymer and chemical resin compositions using infrared spectroscopy and gas chromatography.
Polymer Carrier Resin Melt Index
Measures dry plastic resin flow properties under heat using precision extrusion plastometers.
Solvent Assay & Moisture Check
Utilizes Karl Fischer titration to monitor toluene purity, preventing premature chemical formulation breakdown.
Brookfield Viscosity
