The journey of a premium technical tape begins in our heavy chemical and substrate processing area, designed for high-throughput material creation from the ground up.

Adhesive Synthesis & Reactor Infrastructure

Automated, jacketed chemical reactors and mixing vessels compound our proprietary acrylic, rubber, hot-melt and silicone technologies. Computerized temperature management synthesizes polymers to precise molecular weights and uniform viscosities.

Toluene Recovery & Solvent Reclamation

Closed-loop toluene recovery plant captures and condenses solvent vapors through high-precision fractional distillation. Reclaimed high-purity toluene is reused immediately, minimizing waste and lowering VOC emissions.

Substrate Processing & Calendaring

2 high-capacity calendering units process raw polymers into high-precision, uniform PVC backings with customized branding, specialized printing and precise structural embossing built into the film.

Energy & Fuel Backbone

Specialized high-capacity steam boilers with secured, weatherproof coal storage ensure stable, independent thermal energy supply, protecting processes from external supply chain disruptions.

Controlled Coating & Thermal Curing

Advanced chemical formulas applied onto technical carrier films inside an environment completely isolated from external atmospheric changes and micro-contamination.

Positive-Pressure Clean Room

8 PVC coating lines, 2 BOPP coating lines, 1 hotmelt coating line, and 1 multi-coating line inside climate-controlled clean rooms. Multi-stage air handling filters particulate matter to micro-levels for zero-defect adhesive bonding.

Precision Thermal Curing

Advanced oil thermopack systems circulate specialized heat-transfer oils to maintain uniform, unwavering heat across the entire coating width for perfect chemical cross-linking.

Uninterrupted Power Protection

Synchronized network of heavy-duty industrial diesel generators with rapid-acting automated transfer panels carry the full electrical load instantly — zero seconds of downtime.

Plant Utilities, Converting & Material Handling

Once master jumbo rolls are coated and cured, they transition into high-speed converting bays through an integrated mechanical and logistical framework.

Heavy Material Handling

Fleet of industrial forklifts and manual hand pallet trolleys transport multi-ton master rolls across the 60,000 sq. mtr footprint with extreme care to prevent surface scratching or edge damage.

Centralized Utility Support

Industrial screw air compressors, high-capacity water chillers and cooling towers maintain sub-micron tolerances. Large-scale voltage stabilizers regulate power across the entire plant.

24/7 Dedicated Maintenance

Continuous-shift maintenance engineers perform real-time diagnostics and preventative calibrations across all chillers, cooling towers, boilers and compressors — zero unplanned downtime.

Converting, Finishing & Packing

High-speed logroll slitting into custom widths, finished as log rolls, jumbo rolls or retail units with printed cores and private-label packaging from our on-site artwork plant.

4MW Solar Power

On-site photovoltaic arrays generate approximately 5.84 million kWh of clean electricity annually, offsetting carbon emissions and powering a significant portion of daily operations.

Zero-Discharge Water Treatment

100% of industrial wastewater undergoes multi-stage purification with advanced reverse osmosis and thermal evaporation. Zero liquid waste is discharged — purified water is recycled back into boilers and cooling towers.

Solid Waste & Material Circularity

All RM packaging is salvaged and repurposed. 100% of production scrap — paper matrix, cardboard, steel, aluminium, PVC — is collected, segregated and directed to specialized recycling plants.

PVC coating lines

Eight PVC coating lines inside positive-pressure clean rooms — where uniform adhesive layers meet PVC backings and are wound into master logrolls.

BOPP coating lines

Two dedicated BOPP coating lines for our packaging and industrial BOPP tape range, running high-speed on precision-tensioned webs.

Paper core plant

In-house paper core manufacturing to exact structural tolerances, with fully customisable branded inner liners for our OEM and private-label clients.

Corrugation plant

On-site corrugated carton production for mono boxes and heavy-duty shippers — so every DEON roll leaves in packaging made under the same roof.

Masking area

Dedicated masking-tape converting and slitting area, handling our full crepe and film masking tape range for automotive, paint and industrial customers.

QC lab

A live, 24/7 quality-control ecosystem: raw material verification, in-process checks and finished-product mechanical testing — every roll traceable back to its batch.
